7月28日（日）、「きなはいや伊方まつり」が行いました。伊方町で開催する祭りは複数がありますが、伊方町海外派遣生受入事業のメインイベントとは言えば、「きなはいや伊方まつり」とはいえるでしょう。ですが、今朝目を覚まして外の様子を見たら、なんと「雨?」。きなはいや伊方まつりは中止になってしまうのか、かみんな心配でしたが、幸いに予定通りに行いました。

| After the dance, everyone checked out the street vendors and enjoyed the firework-filled festival atmosphere. きなはいや伊方踊りが終わってから、 花火見ながら、ゆっくりと屋台を廻し、祭りの雰囲気を楽しみました。 |

| Just like in Minnesota, there was a lot of traffic afterwords haha. Good work to all the traffic cops and safe travels home everyone! ミネソタで行う花火大会とまったく同じように、花火大会が終わったら激渋滞。 |
A special bonus for all those who made it this far! On the 27th we were treated to a recorder concert in Misaki! The 10-member recorder ensemble Amadeus performed several numbers, followed by a very talented local guitarist and shamisen player, as well as an exciting piano solo by Misaki Highschool freshman Jiku Hamamoto, a Mr. Okazaki (local choir director and Misaki High school music teacher) even played a couple pieces on a trombone for the Red Wing kids. To cap it all off, we all sang "Take me home, country Roads" and the Japanese version of "Do Re Mi" together.
ここまで読んでいただいたみなさんに、ボナス投稿を！7月27日（土）伊方町役場三崎支所で「アマデウス」という三崎リコーダー団が「レッドウィングWelcome Concert」を開催してくれました！リコーダーはもちろん、ギターとトロンボーンの演奏もありました。三崎高校の一年生の濱本時空のピアノ独奏にレッドウィング派遣生は感動したそうです。レッドウィング派遣生はみんなで「Take Me Home, Country Roads」と「ド レ ミ」の日本バージョンを歌い楽しいひとときでした。演奏していただいた皆さんにThank you very much!
