Days 9 and 10: Town tours 市内めぐり

木曜日は市役所のツアーがありました。これはレッドウィングの市役所です。On Thursday, the students took a tour of Red Wing city hall.

その後、警察署のツアーがありました。Afterwards, there was a tour of the law enforcement center.

金曜日は新聞印刷社を見学しました。その後、レッドウィング新聞の方のインタビューを受けました。On Friday, the students took a tour of a local newspaper printing company. Afterwards they had an interview with the local paper.

午後はYMCAに行って、色々な運動体験をしました。これはクライミングです。In the afternoon, they went to the YMCA for some exercise.

Day 8: Hiking and pool party ハイキング、プールパティ

水曜日はバルンブラッフでハイキングしました。On Wednesday we went hiking up Barn Bluff. From the top we were able to see some great video views of Red Wing.

夜はスワンソン家でプールパティがありました。in the evening there was a pool party at the Swanson's house.

Day 6: Boat ride, tree planting and welcome party 乗船、植樹、歓迎会

月曜日はミシシッピ川で船に乗りました。レッドウィングの自然の景色をたっぷり楽しみました。On Monday, we rode a boat on the Mississippi River. There were lots of beautiful views of Red Wing.

船乗の後で、公園で遊びました。After riding the boat, the students spent some time in the park.

Day 5: River City Days Parade リバーシティーデーズパレード

日曜日はレッドウィングのリバーシティーデーズパレードでした。派遣生は浴衣を着て、パレードで歩きながら、伊方からのお土産を配りました。Sunday was the Red Wing River City Days parade. The exchange students all wore the yukatas they bought in Japan and walked in the parade while handing out presents from Ikata.
